I design strategic frameworks that translate talent, technology, and systems into measurable capability. My work reveals hidden capability inside organizations and individuals, maps it to tech-centered and AI-adjacent roles, and builds execution pathways that leaders and institutions can defend.
I developed the CrossOver Transformation Architecture™, a system of frameworks that explains how talent becomes visible, how capability becomes strategy, and how strategy becomes leadership in technology environments. I also created the CrossOver Position Method™, the tactical translation system at the core of that architecture, which operationalizes how existing experience becomes a credible pathway into high-value technology roles.
My frameworks were built from the inside out. I transitioned from U.S. Air Force logistics into IT Asset Management to Information Assurance, later to cybersecurity architecture and technology leadership — including international operations across Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait — reaching $250K+ without a traditional coding background. That transition is the proof of concept behind every framework I teach and deploy.
